Eating my own words

Ok, so you know how I was groaning about the weather a couple of weeks ago and complaining about living in Kansas?  Well, I take it all back.  I just returned from playing tennis outside in February.  It was soooo nice.  No complaints here about days like yesterday and today.  Even my 12 year old son said to me this morning, "Isn't it nice to see the grass again?"  "I forgot what it looked like, I'm so use to looking at the snow".  I thought for sure that the snow would be around until March.  I am happy that most of it is gone and we don't have to look at it any longer.

Maybe Kansas isn't such a bad place to live after all.
