Heirloom seeds an Heirloom Poultry
Anyone have experience with either of these types? I have raised both this year and had great success. I am happy that I have saved a PURE DNA, NON-GMO product!

I built a PVC hoop house over my 4x10 summer garden beds. I made 4 PVC pipes, into arched hoops, and put them across the 10 foot length of the beds. Then I used 4 more PVC arched hoops and made them a little smaller in height, just under the taller ones. This alouded me to pull the plastic thru-between the hoops all the way across the 10 foot length of the bed. I tucked the plastic in the sides and held the plastic ends down with a rock. - We sold our home in the city and moved to a piece of secluded land to farm NON- GMO food "FOR LIFE". This was our first year and the yield has been rather impressive considering it was also the first year for our soil. We also jumped into raising chickens and that has been a blest. We plan to market our organic eggs. Needless to say farming in God's BIG outdoors is near and dear to our hearts. We look forward to learning more about living off the land!
