Wet, wet, wet...how to plant my cold season vegies?

Our soil is so wet that we can't work it. I have lettuce, cabbage, collards, broccoli, and spinach seedlings but am afraid that I can't get them in the ground before the weather gets too warm. We planted a cover crop of annual rye and hairy vetch but can't till it under til the garden dries out. I'm so frustrated. Can't plant our potatoes either. Ideas???
