After being unceremoniously dumped by HGTV, Paul James the Gardener Guy has finally put up a website -- www.gardenerguy.com.
For the uninitiated, James, a Master Gardener, had a show on HGTV dealing with everyday issues all of us face in our own back yards. More importantly, James produced the show from his home in Tulsa, OK, where he faced many of the same issues we face in the KC area. Best of all, James has always kept it real.
In Paul's own words: "My pitch was fairly simple: I’d grown up watching shows in which the soil was always perfect, the plants were always pest and disease free, and the host never broke a sweat. They usually offered good information, but the gardening was too contrived. I wanted to change that. And I wanted the show to be fun."
If you're a James fan or even if you've never heard of him, you should check out gardenerguy.com.
