help

hi, The top soil around our home was bulldozed away. There are no trees close to the house. The front yard facing south is almost completely flat rock. There are no porches or decks. prairie grass has grown where land was cleared. we're on a tight budget. the climate here is pretty rough in summer and winter.

  I guess I would just like to meet someone who could give me some advise on what and where to start.
