This is my first year for growing grapes. I planted them last spring. They have really grown and are loaded with grapes. I am noticing some of the grapes are drying up & falling off. Is this normal? Is it the weather? Is it a disease? I am worried because it looked like I would have a tremendous crop this year. I need help.

Are the any spots on the leaves?
Yes, some of them .
I went out & looked and there were some leaves ruffed up and maybe a few spots but only on one end of the row. The rest of the row looked good & healthy. Am wondering if it may have been some rain & wind that ruffed them up, but not sure what caused the drying up & falling off of the grapes themselves.
It could be black rot which causes the fruit to abort or become dried. The same fungus causes foliage damage. Black rot first shows up as small, reddish-brown spots on the upper leaf surface. This fungus prefers hot and humid climates, which we had a week ago.

What variety are you growing?
I planted three different kinds, do not remember the names, since my last post the grapes are beginning to ripen and taste good , but are very small and have 2 or 3 seeds, which fill the grape. The vines are looking good, and the grapes do too, except being so small. I am not sure if they need fertilized or if they are a small variety or???????? If they are just a small variety, I may have to take them up & replant. I have never grown grapes before so am not at all sure .
are they wine grapes or table grapes? i have a horticulture degree, and i don't plan to grow grapes. i'm not saying you should get rid of em', but you got some stuff to learn. there are several ways to prune them for example. they must also be trellised. i suggest you get a book, or look it up on the MU extension service, i know they have some good info there. good luck
