Can anyone identify this plant?

Can anyone identify this plant? Evan bought it for me at Suburban Lawn & Garden, but by the time I got it, it didn't have any identifying info on it, so I don't know where to plant it. The stems are dark red. The leaves area dark red with some black areas and they feel fuzzy.
