I have squash beetles really bad this year.  I've actually pulled out my 2 zucchini plants because they're not producing even though they're huge.  Not really worth using Sevin over and over for 2 or 3 squash.  Just want to know the best course for next year?

I didnt grow any this year but in the community garden near me several people are growing colonies of the things :) You can walk past and look down and just see the squash covered with em...
I didn't have sqash beetles but I battled squash borer all season long by scraping off the eggs laid by the familiar black and red moth and cutting them out of the stalk when I found one. The plants survived and were healthy looking, but did not produce any zuccini. The terminex man said it could be a lack of pollinating insects, namely a shortage of honey and bumblebees. I harvested ONE squash . I had six plants.
