Alliums

Last fall I planted a dozen or so Allium bulbs.............so beautiful.!

Some have bloomed and some are still very showy.  My question is, the plants that the blooms are finished and have the tiny balls at the end of each sphere what should I do now............should I keep those as they are new seeds or what is your suggestion?
